New 'Taste of the Coast' menu @ Seaham Hall

Seaham Hall has launched their new 'Taste of the Coast' menu, and we were lucky enough to be invited along to sample some of the new dishes.

The dining room has also had a beautiful makeover and feels much more intimate and relaxed. A perfect place to enjoy the outstanding new menu.


Designed to be shared, its recommended that you order 3-5 dishes per person from the menu, which celebrates quality, sustainability and creativity. From £100 for two guests, you can enjoy 4 plates per person (one dish from each section of the menu) and a bottle of wine to share. We left our wine choice to the sommelier, and he chose a delicious bottle of red for us.


We tried a selection of dishes from the menu and loved everything, but a huge shout out to the Sicilian flat bread.

We definitely recommend trying out this menu at Seaham Hall, either when having an overnight stay, or just for a night out with great food.
